3. Recipients
Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, data centres in Germany (data processor under Art. 28 GDPR). Video rooms for matchmaking meetings open only when you click the room link; the room runs at the configured Jitsi service (for this demo meet.jit.si, operated by 8x8, Inc., USA), whose privacy notice then applies. Nothing is passed on otherwise; there is no transfer to third countries by this application.
4. Your rights
Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)). You may complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77), for example: Der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 22, 20459 Hamburg.
5. No automated decisions
Matching suggestions only propose possible meetings; nobody is decided about automatically (Art. 22 GDPR does not apply).
