Quick start in three steps
- Enter a search term, for example a product, a city or a company name.
- Filter on the left by sector, federal state, product group or size.
- Click a company name: the profile shows contact path, products, registration numbers and sources.
Search
Search covers names, cities, postcodes, websites, registration numbers and product names.

German operators UND/ODER/NICHT work too. Upper and lower case do not matter.
Filters
- Sector
- Medical technology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, digital health. A company can be in several sectors; the profile gives the reason.
- Federal state
- Registered seat (LEI register or postcode).
- Product group
- Main categories of the European Medical Device Nomenclature (EMDN), from product registrations in EUDAMED.
- Size, revenue
- EU SME classes. From the companies' own websites, Wikidata or EU funding data; the profile names the source. Not known for every company.
- Role
- Manufacturers and marketing authorisation holders; authorised representatives and importers; suppliers to public buyers.
- only with contact path
- only companies with a contact page, website or company mailbox.
Profile
Every profile names the source and licence of each fact. Register-verified (✓) means the company is listed in an official register (EUDAMED, EMA, LEI) with legal form and address.
Export
Every result list exports as Excel, CSV, PDF or JSON. The statistics page charts the current selection; each chart exports as JPG or PNG, the whole page as PDF. The API delivers the same data automatically: /api/docs.
Account, saved searches, history
Signed-in users save any search with all its filters under a name and find it again under “My account”, together with their search history. Administrators sign in with a second factor (authenticator app) and manage the user accounts.

- EUDAMED
- The European Commission's database on medical devices. Every manufacturer, authorised representative and importer of medical devices in the EU is registered there.
- SRN
- Single Registration Number: an economic operator's registration number in EUDAMED, e.g. DE-MF-000000201.
- EMDN
- European Medical Device Nomenclature: the EU classification of medical devices.
- EMA Art. 57
- The European Medicines Agency's list of authorised human medicines and their marketing authorisation holders.
- LEI
- Legal Entity Identifier: a global company identifier, published openly by GLEIF.
- CORDIS
- The EU research funding database (Horizon Europe).

FAQ
Why is a company missing?
The directory is built on official registers. A company that is not listed there is still missing. Companies can get in touch through the support form; new register entries are added with every update.
Why are there no contact persons?
For data protection reasons we store only companies, their contact pages and company mailboxes, no names or personal addresses.
How current are the data?
Registers are matched monthly and the whole directory is cleaned at least quarterly. The date of the last update is shown under Sources & licences.
An entry is wrong. What can I do?
Click “Report” on the profile. You get a ticket number right away. Support
